Set around a peaceful landscaped courtyard, the PlantPets Market offers four rental options—from a fully fledged Premium Shop to an easy-entry Micro Booth. Tenants may sell PlantPets and other products, become part of a friendly merchant community, and claim a PlantPets reward every month.
Pay for four weeks and receive one extra rental day free.

Once each month, touch the Monthly Market Tenant Bonus sign near the dance floor. Your reward is based on the largest unit you rent at the time you claim.

You can claim one bonus per month, regardless of how many units you rent. A claimed bonus cannot be upgraded later that month.
How to rent and set up your space
- Choose and rent your unit. An avatar may rent up to two market units.
- Message Monellis Resident. You will be invited to the PlantPets Main Store & Market group so that you can rez your objects.
- Add your booth image. Hold CTRL and drag a 512 × 512 texture onto the sign above your booth. Touch the sign first if needed.
Essential market rules
Price seeds fairly
PlantPets seeds must be priced at L$25 or above. Advertising lower prices is not permitted.
Stay within your space
Keep prims, floating text and particles within your unit and remain within its land-impact allowance.
Keep things peaceful
No loud sounds, unsolicited general-chat messages or automatic inventory dispensers. Touch-to-receive items are permitted.
Breedables in shops only
Premium Shops may display up to two live breedables within their allowance. Booths may not display live breedables.
Keep your unit active
Units overdue by three days are automatically evicted. Units left empty for seven days may be refunded and released.
Sell what you create
Merchants may sell any products. Diversity, inclusivity and respect for neighbouring tenants are warmly welcomed.
